Negative Thoughts on Replay

In this episode, I share how my toxic habit of constantly replaying and overanalyzing past experiences skewed my perspective on what others thought of me and how it affected my friendships. I realized that I needed to break the habit. One aspect of breaking the habit was learning how to become my own best friend first. This would change how I showed up and how people responded to me. The other part was tapping into the power of meditation to foster a connection with myself that I was missing.
