Self-Compassion and Grace: A Journey to Embracing Uniqueness

In this week’s episode, I share how I was so desperate to find strategies and tools in a self-help book that I was reading it for the third time. As I read it, I became more disheartened because I couldn’t appreciate how special I was as an individual or embrace affirmations making them part of my daily routine. 

Had I been able to have compassion and grace for myself I would have been able to embrace my uniqueness and be more open to affirmations that were relevant to what I needed in that moment.
