What’s in Your ‘Tool Box’?

In this episode I share how I felt as though I really struggled with coping from things that happen in day to day life. I desperately wanted strategies and tools to manage but was often told to just take meds. I’m not knocking medication because I know how helpful it can be. I just couldn’t allow myself to consider it as an option to cope. 


In this episode I suggest the following activities:

Fill your “tool box” with strategies that allow you to be self-reliant. One of the key tools in my “tool box” is managing my emotional state - physical, language, focus/beliefs.
