Love The Skin You’re In

In this week’s episode, I talk with Rachel Lavin. She’s the author of Donut Diaries as well as a personal trainer, health coach, and body love coach. 

She shared so deeply about her journey of what it took to love her body, herself, and feel comfortable in her own skin after years of dieting and exercising. She had her breakthrough with what it would take when she turned 40.

She never wants women to feel alone in their journey and that is how her book was born.
