Fear of vulnerability

In this episode I share my struggles with managing how to heal from childhood emotional neglect and how the label really controlled me, preventing me from moving forward. Clinging to the label kept me safe so I didn’t have to be vulnerable with myself or others. 

I started reading a book about healing my inner child for the second time because I couldn’t allow myself to just live and be in the present moment.

In this episode I suggest the following activities:

1. Stop re-reading and binging the same resource over and over

2. Let go of the label if it no longer serves you

3. Focus on the present moment- BREATHE
