Expectations Can Distort Reality
In this episode I share how I felt like I was failing as a mom because of feelings of defeat, frustration, and sadness. The feeling of a ‘groundhog day’ life also contributed.
These feelings impacted how I showed up for my children, my husband, and also myself.
What it all boiled down to was the expectations I had for myself as a mom, a wife, and a woman. These were distorting my reality.

Our frustrations, thoughts are based on the stories we tell ourselves. We have to check the validity of the stories.
You have the ability to make the changes you desire.
Don’t allow others to dictate your thoughts, actions, or beliefs.
Trust yourself.
