Mom guilt and Procrastination

In this episode I share my struggles with mom guilt and procrastination. I felt overwhelmed with committing to taking action and even knowing where to start with making small changes in my day. Instead I over thought most decisions and was filled with self-doubt, which led to me seeking external validation from others.

The key insights from this episode:

  1. It’s ok to recognize where you are - that’s part of the journey.

  2. Give yourself the approval you’re seeking from others because that’s more valuable and meaningful.

  3. Let go of the guilt.

  4. Keep your tank full and engage in caring for yourself even if it is one small action per day.
