How to Shift Your Mood

In this episode I share how I used comparison to keep myself small and prevented myself from seeing my own worth and value. Additionally, I wouldn’t commit to determining what made me happy, what I thought would be romantic, etc. I avoided finding the answers within myself for fear of judgment, rejection, and criticism. I wanted to stay safe and avoid vulnerability at all costs. 

The key insights from this episode:

  1. Change your emotional state through deep breath

  2. 2. Don’t up-level others at the expense of yourself. Flip the switch on how you perceive yourself by up-leveling your self-talk and self-perception. You are worth it!

  3. You get to decide what makes you happy.
