You’re Stronger Than You Know

In this episode, I share how I was stuck in the comparison trap when I realized my husband hired a former high school acquaintance to take pictures of us for a family photo shoot. As I was reeling about her possible perception of me and reflecting on how my fear of being judged didn’t actually happen, I figured out that I was stronger than I had taken the time to consider. I had come so far and my past wasn’t defining me and it didn’t make me a bad person. It confirmed my dedication to being the best version of myself for my girls and husband.
