Responsibility to Yourself

In this episode, I share how I made a list of my responsibilities to myself, my kids, and my husband. However, I really needed to focus more on my responsibilities to myself, so I could show up in a way that didn’t feel overwhelming or that would provoke an emotional outburst when I was stressed or frustrated. Caring for myself wasn’t something that came easily since I was a perpetual people pleaser. I started creating a morning routine that allowed me to set my intention for the day and center myself.
