In this episode, I share how I recently had a realization that I wasn’t allowing myself to feel the things that I was going through and discredited the feelings as being wrong. I had this perception that sharing my feelings, acknowledging the feelings I was experiencing, and working through them rather than criticizing and minimizing them was making things feel and seem so much worse than they were.

I also talk about how I started to explore chakras and holistic healing more as a means for creating coping strategies. I felt so much excitement to start the journey of receiving Reiki energy work and tapping more into balancing my chakras.
