Thoughts Swirling in My Head
In this episode, I share how the thoughts I had after talking with friends and focusing on making better food choices still weren’t helping me move forward in the way I hoped. I didn’t realize it at the time, but I was focused on the things and people that made me feel like I’d come a long way with where I had been and where I was. I never stopped to look at myself and the things about me that got me to where I was. I discredited how resilient I was, that I was a person of integrity, that I had a huge heart. If only I had seen what was looking back at me in the mirror.
