Making Lemons Out of Lemonade

In this episode, I share how a slight shift in my thinking could have made things feel lighter, more peaceful, and happier instead of continuing to focus on all the things that weren’t right, weren’t working, or could have been different. The main reason I was so focused on the negative aspects of things is that I was struggling to manage and cope with the not-so-great things I had discovered during therapy that went back to childhood.
