Changing the Focus

In this episode I share my struggles with focusing on the good that was happening around me rather than focusing on what I perceived to be negative or not working. This impacted my relationship with myself, my husband, and my children because things were never enough and I felt beaten down. 

In this episode I suggest the following activities:

1. Read The Gratitude Diaries by Janice Kaplan

2. Take time to celebrate what you love about yourself by writing it in a journal or a notebook each morning.

3. Take time at the end of the day to celebrate what you’ve done for yourself by writing it in a journal or on a piece of paper at the end of the day.
