Giving Thanks
In this episode I share my journey with practicing gratitude and how that shifted my perspective from being a victim and powerless with how things were showing up/occurring in my life. My gratitude practice didn’t feel easy or natural at first. I continued to practice each day and over time it became easier and felt more natural.
In this episode I suggest the following activities:
Create a gratitude practice that works for you - start your day with gratitude or end your day with gratitude or do both. You can write in a journal/notebook or think about what you’re grateful for. It is really what works for you and what you feel aligned with.
