Deeply Loved and Cared For

In this episode, I share my struggle with feeling unappreciated and not cared about. I internalized this thought from past experiences with not being heard, validated, and acknowledged. This time it was with my husband and what I perceived to be his lack of empathy for what I was experiencing. I couldn’t have been more wrong.

The key insights from this show:

  1. Shift your perspective and the meaning you’ve given to a situation will most likely change to something that is more serving and true

  2. Commit to meeting your own needs before asking or expecting others to do it for you
