She discusses the importance of not letting menopause and perimenopause control you, but instead taking control of those life stages and creating a positive experience. Kelly encourages women to get comfortable being uncomfortable, starting with small steps, and celebrating their accomplishments along the way. There are so many times in life where it’s necessary to change the narrative, as well as, being excited for and preparing for the next stage of life.
