When is Enough Enough?
In this episode I share an experience where I took on too much in terms of responsibility and tasks and it caused me to be unfocused, erratic, and overwhelmed. This wasn’t enough to snap me out of it though. Instead I continued in an attempt to orchestrate the perceptions of others and to justify my low self-worth.
In this episode I suggest the following activities:
Be willing to let go of things that are not yours to take on.
You are worthy of being a priority and engaging in self-care. Do what you feel aligned with and not what you think you’re supposed to do to recharge.
Embrace your support system and lean on them. Just don’t expect them to do the inner work for you or give you the answers to make things feel better.
